Broccoli

Do you like broccoli?

BONUS: If not, why?  If yes, how do you like it prepared?

I love broccoli. I think it was shitty Chinese food that finally got me liking it, honestly. I used to hate it because my mother would throw some broccoli and some water in a Corningware dish and microwave it every night for 5 days straight and serve it with whatever questionable Shake 'N Bake dinner she was serving. By Saturday, it'd be withered, brown, barely broccoli.

I boil it so it's tender but not mush and then I dip it in a homemade sauce, like mayo with dijon mustard and cracked peppercorn.  I never eat the stems.

Usually raw with some sauce or some spices.  Otherwise steamed with spices.
