Yellowjackets will sting the shit out of you for no real reason. Unlike bees they don't produce honey, only pain. As a kid I would sit in my backyard and sometimes a yellowjacket would land on me and I just had to stand still until it left. I didn't like being held hostage by the thing.  I think bees make yellowjackets seem much worse just by comparison.

This is hard because lice, bedbugs and assasin bugs are equally deplorable. But if I had to choose just one, I would have to say bedbugs since they are very difficult ot get rid of.  Assasin bugs are similar in that they bite you at night but they are large, and not that hard to erradicate. Lice are somewhere in between the two.

bot flies have always bummed me out pretty hard http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bot_fly I don't like that they exist on the same planet as me. Especially watch the video at the bottom of the removing of the larva from a human host. Actually don't, it sucks.

Mosquitos. They spread [often deadly] disease and are very sneaky. Also, they are much more prevalent than yellowjackets.

As a child I was always grossed out Jerusalum crickets, aka potato bugs. strangely, they are not crickets, not from Jerusalum, and they do not eat potatoes. I think it was just their size that grossed me out.
