Virtual Stock Exchange and 3rd party tools

I recently decided to try out a Virtual Stock Exchange to see what the talk was about. I was suprised. I'm blown away at how well the virtual stock exchanges and the real market mimick eachother. If I could only find a way to hook a virtual stock exchange into a 3rd party analysis tool I would be set. Is this possible?

Hopefully there is some experienced traders on here that can help me decide on which brokerage firm would be best for a beginner. Besides pinksheet stocks I've been interested in day trading which I understand has some restrictions with some brokers? Is this true? I've searched for optionshouse reviews, zecco reviews, tradeking reviews... they all seem close although this optionshouse review is saying Sogotrade might be another cheap quality broker? What do you guys think?

As a child I was always grossed out Jerusalum crickets, aka potato bugs. strangely, they are not crickets, not from Jerusalum, and they do not eat potatoes. I think it was just their size that grossed me out.

I feel like case classes and pattern matching are a core key to understanding Scala. I am reading "Programming in Scala" currently, but a second source overview on these topics would be really nice.

The same reason anyone uses Verdana for anything, because it was the default! I switched it to liberation though. Helvetica isn't for everything and it didn't look right, trust me.

Today I called a radio station and asked them to play Spoon's "The Beast and Dragon, Adored." I told the DJ that I had it stuck in my head all day, which was true. Generally speaking, as it seems to be a blanket sort of question - the world will be different in that people will start using the internet less (really) and move toward more local/community based activities. This will be measured by a surge in things like kntiing circles and Excellent Corpse drawing parties. Also there will be less bananas (the ones you eat, not weirdos - that will remain more or less the same) in the supermarkets... sad but true
